SalesFORCE_enFORCEr You cannot move a record from one object to another. You have to delete the old record and create a new record so in your case when the picklist value gets changed to "scheduled interview", you need to create a new record in Candidate object.

You can move all the actions and buttons at once, or let Salesforce guide you through the move process for each object.
