I just gotta celebrate this one. Been on the platform for about 4 years no prior software knowledge save a few simple wordpress builds and simple electronics classes. I'm 3/3 on my tests (including PD1 and PAB) and am shooting for my last cert to secure the application architect.

I've seen some interest in learning flows from users on here as well as some people who appear to be afraid to learn flows and default to wfr and process builder since they're more intuitive.

I'm new at the company I work at and there is no designated Salesforce admin. Someone in tech spends about 20% of his time on SF, but they are not a certified admin. The company just signed a 12-month contract for Customer 360 and they think because they signed up for the premier success plan they don't need to hire an admin.
