As of the last few months (20170826) there are 59 Trails and 219 Modules, 40 Projects, 6 Super Badges - Ive seen a total of 290 for one person (Jennifer Lee) at the leader board: https://trailhead-leaderboard-developer-edition.na35.force.com/Leader_Board. Personally I only have 150+ August 26, 2017

Interviewer didn't like that I followed one process builder per object and said that having multiple entry flows is better

Title mostly says it all. We were talking about my approach to automation and I told him I moved all the workflows at my current job to Process Builder, and then have each criteria trigger a flow. From what I understand, this is the best practice.
