
Creating Joined Reports in Lightning
- Go the Reports tab and click New Report
- Select the Accounts Report type
- Change the Report to being a Joined Report
- Adjust the filters for the Account report (I am using All Accounts for All time for this demo)
- Click Add Block
- Select the Cases Report type and click Add Block
- Add a Filter on the Case block to set Status = New (or whatever Status is pertinent to you)
- Lastly, we are going to add one more block, select the Opportunities Report type for this one
- Update the Filters for the Opportunity block to show open for the correct time period
