Why are my leads not syncing from Marketo to Salesforce?

If new leads come through from your Marketo forms, sometimes that sync can occur too fast for Marketo to begin lead enrichment and other processes that you might have set up to prepare a lead. Salesforce then syncs back to Marketo, overwriting any data that you generated in the meantime.
