I created a digital experience (formerly a Salesforce Community) which allows public access (that is, no usernames or logins) where screen flows control all of the data manipulation.

Business results

The impact for the organization has been tremendous. We’ve been able to comply with local directives to keep in-building attendance levels within social distancing guidelines, while making it simple for our guests to make a reservation.
