creating the Role Hierarchy in Salesforce ? Go to Setup. Now go to Administer=>Manage Users=> Roles. Now we are taken to new windowselect Sample Role Hierarchyfrom pickup List which is shown below. Click Set Up Rolesto create new Role in Salesforce.
