Determine if you're a Designated Contact or a Primary Designated Contact.

  • Log in to Salesforce Help​.
  • From the Org picker, select Manage All Orgs .
  • From the list of Orgs, click Get Support for your desired Org. If 'Get Support' is not available, click Log In.
  • Click the Call Us tile.
  • You will see 'Designated Contacts Passcode' with your personal passcode if you are a DC.
