Insert the 'Note' with the Data Loader

  • Install and Launch the Apex Data Loader. For more, please review Considerations for Installing Data Loader.
  • Click on Insert.
  • Enter your login credentials.
  • Click on Next.
  • Check the box next to Show all Salesforce objects.
  • Select Note (ContentNote) from the list of available objects.
  • Click Browse... and select the CSV file you created at...
  • Click on Next.
  • Click on Finish.
