In the ShoreTel Sky Salesforce screen, click the Add button, which opens the Add ShoreTel Sky for Salesforce Users wizard displaying a list of all inactive users in the Select Users panel. Search for the desired user (s) and select the check box (es) next each desired user's name.
- Navigate to Phone System > Add-on Features.
- In the Add-on Features screen that appears, click the Activate button next to ShoreTel Sky for Salesforce.

ShoreTel is a Sunnyvale, California-based telecommunications company that delivers unified communications (UC) and call center technology. The company, which was founded in 1996, has regional offices in the UK, Germany, India, Australia and Spain. Edwin J.
