Then there are situations where no one in your organization actually knows who the donor is. It could be a gift that came through on a third party donation website or cash that was dropped off, etc.

When they complete the transaction, your payment processor authorizes the payment and Elevate creates the associated recurring donation, opportunity, and payment records in Salesforce.
