Create a formula field by name say:- Link__c
Set the formula to say :- HYPERLINK ( " https://ap1.salesforce.com/ ?id=" + Id, AccountDetail, "_self ")
Now use it in your report.

Go to Salesforce Setup > Object Manager > Work Order.
