Login Salesforce to access Salesforce Documents Tab go to all tabs section. When we click on (+) displays al tabs available in Salesforce.com. Now all tabs in Salesforce.com are displayed. Click on Documents as shown below. When we click on documents we can access recent documents and also we can add folders in Documents.

Clicking on the Documents tab displays the documents home page. Note If the Documents tab is not visible, you can customize your display to show it. Under Find a Document, enter keywords to search for a document. In the Document Folders section, select a folder to view all the documents contained in that folder.
