Change the primary contact for your company using the instructions provided below.

  • From Setup, enter Company Information in the Quick Find box, then select Company Information.
  • Fill in the Primary Contact field by clicking the Lookup icon beside it.
  • Click Save.

You can change the Primary Contact by editing the Account record:
  1. Navigate to the Household Account whose Primary Contact you want to change.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. In the Primary Contact field, click the X next to the Primary Contact name, then select the name of the Contact you wish to make Primary.
  4. Click Save.
