On the contact record, click on the ‘Enable Customer User’ button. Fill the user record information and click on ‘Save’. You will receive an email to set your password. If you want to log in as a community user from Salesforce platform, go to the created contact and click on ‘Log in to Community as User ‘ button and select your community.

Create Community User Profile
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles , then select Profiles.
  2. On the Profiles page, click Clone next to the Customer Community Login User, the Customer Community Plus Login User, the Customer Community Plus User, or the Customer Community User profile.
