We can still mass update new Probability (%) values for Existing Opportunity records with the help of below steps: 1. Mass update with Data Loader Request for.csv file containing Opportunity ID's and new custom Probability (%) value (without '%' symbol). Run Update with just Opportunity ID's to "Edit and Save" all Opportunity records from file.
