However, I also had imported the tasks.csv file which also imported fine, but they aren't attached to any of our leads. There are just 3k+ activities out there that aren't attached to anything.

Thanks. I figured out a way. I re-imported all of the csv's and included the SalesForce ID's of the Contacts, Leads and Accounts and put them into a custom field called WhosId. Then imported the tasks and mapped the "WhosId" field of the SalesForce CSV to a new custom field also called WhosId in the Tasks entity.
