Alternative password reset options for Community Users
We have a community with about 200K community users. Our support desk says they have complaints about password reset emails getting trapped by spam. (We have done all we can fighting SPAM and know we can never hit 100%). They also complain that they can't set a temporary password and just read that temporary password to the customer over the phone.
