Bit of an adoption problem. We'll build new functionality with a flow or change something that is pretty critical and post it to a company wide chatter group. The problem is, my "viewed by" counts are maybe 5% of my entire org.
Why does SFDC Support suck so bad?
Work for an enterprise company with multiple orgs. The orgs I work in are "Unlimited Editions" and I think the rest are too. However, why after paying all that money to SFDC is its support so bad? Is SFDC upper mgmt really that dumb when looking at support KPIs of the teams they manage?
