Brutal, rough, unsettling, unrealistic expectations

I could write a novel here. Very poor leadership on the talent side of the house specifically in technology recruiting. Huge game of favorites played, buddy-buddy system. No real coaching, managing and building up employees and helping them in their careers. The company says they do this and speak to it but it is all just that “speak”.
