What is Einstein search?

Einstein Search uses what’s known as “natural language” which allows users to search in Salesforce the same way they would when using something like Google search. From Winter ‘21 Einstein’s natural language capability is getting even smarter, ignoring common words that aren’t relevant, improving search results.
