How to use Salesforce Lightning Email Templates in Process Builder.

  • From your Salesforce instance, click on the App Launcher icon, type in “Email Templates”, and click on Email Templates in the results.
  • Click on the “New Email Template” button.
    • Set the Email Template Name to Agoura New Install.
    • Set the Related Entity Type to Lead.
    • Fill in the Message Content section.
    • Click on the “Save” button when done.
