- In the app switcher, hover over your name and click Setup.
- Click Create.
- Click New User.
- Enter an email address for the user.
- Enter the full name and username for the user.
- Enter a temporary password and confirm the value. The user selects a new password after logging in for the first time.
- Click Advanced Options and make any necessary changes.
- Click Next.
- Add one or more roles to the user.
- Click Next.
- In Marketing Cloud, navigate to Email Studio.
- Click Admin.
- Click Account Settings.
- Click My Users.
- Click the applicable user.
- Click Integrate for Salesforce.com Status.
