To add permissions for objects and their fields:

  • In the Salesforce org containing the objects and fields you want to ingest into Salesforce CDP, from Setup in the Quick Find box, enter Permission, ...
  • Select the Salesforce CDP Salesforce Connector Integration permission set.
  • From Apps, select Object Settings.
  • Select the object to ingest into Salesforce CDP.
  • To change object permissions, click Edit.
  • Enable Read and View All permissions for the object and Read Access for each field.
  • Click Save.

Click the name of the Salesforce object. Click Edit. To enable permission on the object, select Read in the Object Permissions section. To enable permission on a field of the object, select Read for the field in the Field Permissions section.
