HI, There does not seem to be a way to remove the sorting once applied on fields. Salesforce provides only ascending and descending sort options. The only way is to reload the page or make sure the operation is run again.

Change the Sort Order
  1. Click the actions menu for the measure you want to sort. For dimensions, click the actions menu in chart, compare table, or pivot table mode.
  2. Select Sort descending or Sort ascending. If the measure or dimension is already sorted, you can unsort it by selecting Clear sort.
