In order to send an email from Salesforce, start by opening a new email in the proper format such as HTML or text. Then, copy and paste the content you want to send into the email address field of the email. Press enter after pasting in your content and select a recipient from your list of contacts.
- Enter the Subject to appear in the email you send.
- Enter the HTML source text to appear in the message you send. This should include all the HTML tags.
- Optionally, enter merge fields in the template subject and body.
