From Setup, enter Installed Packages in the Quick Find box, then select Installed Packages. Click Uninstall next to the package that you want to remove. Determine whether to save and export a copy of the package’s data, and then select the corresponding radio button.

Before uninstalling NPSP, you must restore the behaviour to use default Salesforce pages.

Find Your Username and Reset Your Password

Once you have your new Playground created, you’ll need your assigned username to move forward with this project. You'll also need to reset — and remember — your password.
