Description The ability to pin the Outlook integration pane open using the Pin icon at the top of the side panel is a feature provided by Microsoft, not Salesforce. The pin is available to Outlook Web App user, and desktop Outlook 2016 users on Windows and Mac with the appropriate builds of Outlook.

In addition, the feature is available only if you've installed Outlook 2016 using the click-to-run installer (not MSI). To check your version and installation type, in Outlook, go to File | Office Account.
