How to Connect a CRM Environment to Outreach:

  • Access the Outreach Platform.
  • Access the CRM Plugin.
  • Click Add .
  • Select the applicable CRM environment. Example: Salesforce, Salesforce Sandbox, or Dynamics.
  • Click Allow to grant Outreach access to CRM information if prompted.
  • Input the applicable login credentials if prompted. The CRM plugin is connected to Outreach.
