Setup. From Salesforce Classic Setup, enter Chat Buttonsin the Quick Find box, then select Chat Buttons & Invitations. Connect the invitation to the Chat deployment that you plan to use for your Embedded Service deployment. Then create or edit a Embedded Service deployment and select the

- Click New.
- Under Type , select Automated Invitation.
- Select the settings for your automated invitation.
