  • Close Outlook and Communicator; and Office Products; verify closed with Task Manager.

  • Delete the “ Redemption ” folder
  • Click on SALESFORCE.COM
  • Delete the “ SM ” folder (right-click, Delete)
  • Navigate to “ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE”
  • Delete the “ Redemption ” folder
  • Click on SALESFORCE.COM
  • Delete the “ SM ” folder, if exists (right-click, Delete)
  • Close regedit.
  • Open up Explorer (right-click Start, select Explorer)
  • Navigate to “ C:\Documents and Settings\<<user_name>>\Application Data\salesforce.com ”
  • Delete the “ SM ” folder
  • Delete the “ .Salesforce.com ” folder (the dot is important!!)
