Do you ever worry that when you deploy a change it could potentially break something else or there's an oversight you have not yet noticed?

If these tests do not return good figures, at least mark it as a ‘Probable issue: Under investigation’. This would be a great start as opposed to depending on support tickets or a maintenance team to raise the issue manually.

Why? Because you might have the same person created multiple times with different companies and the email detection rule is helpless in such cases.
